It has been a year now since you passed away mom. Every day seems to bring on more and more emotions. I feel my memories of you disappearing and new ones coming in. I feel your presense has become more and more distant and life is changing ever more quickly now. Dad has a fiancé and I will some day have a step sister. I have a niece now and my sister is actually a mom herself. How I wished you could see her. Mom you would be so proud. Your eldest daughter has proven herself so far and has been doing a wonderful job. I know you are looking at your granddaughter from up above. She has your hands and even though we don't quite know her personality yet I hope it's like yours. I think about you so much and all you have taught this family. Its amazing to think in two days it would have been the day we placed you in the ground. Your family misses you so much and loves you deeply. I wish you were still here mom to show us and teach us. I wish you could teach your granddaughter too. I suppose you have taught us all we need to know and that is why you have moved on to the next life. I look forward to the day you return to my life and I can see you again! Live! Love! Laugh! forever and always.
